These terms govern access to the current FHx Builder evaluation environment. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms.

Evaluation use only

FHx Builder is currently an evaluation product for use with synthetic, fictional, or non-clinical data only. It is not approved for clinical use. You must not submit real patient data, protected health information, or use the service to make clinical decisions.

Authorized access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only the clinic workspace and records you are authorized to access. Clinic administrators are responsible for managing their team members and roles.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use it in violation of applicable law.

No medical advice

FHx Builder organizes family-history information and produces workflow aids. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, risk assessment, or treatment recommendations. Qualified professionals remain responsible for review and interpretation.

Availability and changes

The evaluation service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and access may be suspended or discontinued during evaluation, maintenance, or for violations of these terms.

Intellectual property

FHx Builder and its software, design, and branding remain the property of their respective owner. These terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the evaluation service.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the evaluation service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FHx Builder is not liable for clinical use, prohibited data entry, or indirect or consequential losses arising from evaluation use.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the platform, or compliance with these terms.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
