This policy describes how FHx Builder handles information in its current evaluation environment.

Evaluation environment and synthetic data

FHx Builder is currently provided for product evaluation using synthetic, fictional, or otherwise non-clinical data only. It is not approved for clinical use. Do not enter real patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive personal data into this environment.

Information we collect

We may collect clinic registration details, account and team information, contact-form submissions, security and audit events, and synthetic family-history information entered to evaluate the workflow.

How information is used

We use information to operate and secure the service, manage clinic access, send transactional messages, support users, test product functionality, and improve FHx Builder.

Service providers

FHx Builder uses third-party infrastructure and email providers to host the application, store evaluation data, authenticate users, and deliver messages. Information may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the service.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of FHx Builder.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for the evaluation, support, security, and legal purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your contact or account information by emailing us. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and its operating environment evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
